Top 10 Educational Toys From... {Daisy & Hen}

Hello lovely readers! Now I know a lot of you come to me for educational product recommendations and play ideas for your little ones, so today I have an AWESOME collection for you! I've rounded up my 10 favourite educational toys/products from the lovely store Daisy & Hen, which you probably know I am a Brand Ambassador* for. If you're in SA, you can visit Daisy & Hen in the beautiful Barossa, or if it's easier for you, order online!

*Disclosure. This is a sponsored post as per my Brand Ambassadorship with Daisy & Hen.

These products are super high quality and absolutely beautiful, hand picked by me with early learning at the forefront of my mind. There are some wonderful, unique brands that can be hard to come by and there's something for all ages.

So let's dive in shall we?

Grimm's Rainbow + Rainbow Friends

It probably goes without saying but Grimm's is my all time favourite brand, and the rainbow is my all time favourite product!! I could go on and on about why it's so great... Together with the rainbow friends you can provide many many open ended play opportunities for your child. They'll learn about size, colour, sequencing, pretend play and much more. The rainbow + friends also provides the basis for many other small world play set ups. If you were saving up for a special birthday or Christmas present for your toddler or preschooler either of these would be ideal!

Flashcards & Games

Flashcards are a great way for little ones to learn the basics of letters, number, shape, colour and animals. We have the Two Little Ducklings alphabet flashcards, and they are just divine. Sturdy, gorgeous pictures with common objects for each letter. I am so keen to add to our collection to create more activities and learning opportunities.

I also love the newly released Rhi Creative card games for kids! Traditionally Rhi Creative products are made from recycled cardstock, but these flashcards are on beautiful crisp white with bright bold colours. Children can have fun playing memory match, concentration, go fish and many more!

Tiger Tribe Drawing Kits

Something for older preschoolers and school aged children are these awesome "How to Draw" kits by Tiger Tribe. They come in this neat little box which would be ideal for travelling, and inside is everything they'll need, even the sharpener + eraser. Sometimes young children get frustrated when they don't know how to draw something they have in their mind, so some guidance like this could be just the thing they need.

ABC + Number Puzzles

Puzzles have so many educational benefits, and they are a great way to get familiar with the alphabet and numbers 1-10. These are just two of my favourites... I love the corresponding pictures underneath each numeral puzzle pieces, plus the bright colours of the ABC puzzle!

Play Kitchen

Indigo Jamm Tea Set - click to shop

Kitchen play is one of our favourite ways to make believe play! To act out what mum or dad is doing in the kitchen is a great learning experience; preparing dinner, hosting a tea party, chopping food, play shops or serving guests. No kitchen corner would be complete without a Tea Set, and wooden food is a must. The quality is just so much better than plastic!

Marble Pagoda Game

One of the most mesmerising toys I've ever seen! As the marble trickles down the tree, it makes a different sound with each leaf it hits. Your child will want to do this over and over again! Great for over 3s who are past the 'putting everything in mouth' phase. They'll learn about gravity, sound, colour as well as music. Such a great addition to their toy collection.

Make Me Iconic Post Box

These Iconic (Make Me Iconic) Aussie mail boxes are such a great way to encourage little ones to begin writing letters, plus providing imaginary play opportunities. You could even set up a pen pal program in your school or classroom!

  10. Babies always understand the things if we thought them in a playful way. These products mentioned above will attract them evidently and improve their gathering knowledge Audio Transcribe of Alphabets in form of rhyme will also gather more attention.
